Product Features
1. Fixed solar mounting racks (MF-I)
- Fit for fixed large array ground mounting. Each structure size up to 100 m² (1000 sq-ft).
- Withstand wind load over 216 km/hour (135 miles/hour).
- All structure parts treated with hot dip process; service life guaranteed.
- Easy installation; maintain-free.
2. Matrix solar tracker mounting (KuaFu-II)
- Single-axis tracker, automatically tracks the sun’s elevation from the East to the West in 120 range.
- Total installed solar panels size can be up to 80m² (850 sq-ft).
- Mounting withstand wind load is over 144km/h (90 miles/hour).
- Automatically distinguish from daytime to night, and automatic put panel level to reduce the wind load over 40km/h (64 miles/hour).
- Control system power less 10Watt.
- All parts of structure deal with hot dipped; service life guaranteed.
3. Pole solar trackers – single axis tracking (PF-I) or dual axis tracking (KuaFu-I)
- Automatically track the sun azimuth: East to West in 150° range and/or elevation in 70° range.
- May increase power output by 10~40% compare to fix mounting structure.
- Each mounting size 2.5~30 m² (25~320 sq-ft).
- Automatically put structure level when wind load over 40km/h (64 miles/hour), so the structure can withstand wind load up to 144km/h (90 miles/hour).
- Automatically distinguishes daytime and night.
- Control system power consumption < 10 Watt.
4. CSP trackers (KuaFu-III)
- Specially designed for solar concentrating thermal system.
- Stainless steel surface burnished panel (mirror panel) and roll it to parabola trough. The parabola trough focus a large area of sunlight into a small beam and a working fluid is heated by the concentrated sunlight, and is then used for power generation or energy storage.
- Size of the solar panel installation is 4~20 m² (40~200 sq-ft) and can be easily assembled to ultra-large array.
- Mounting withstand wind load is over 216km/h (135 miles/hour).
- The control system consumes power less than 10 Watt.
